Plus, you can add one companion cardholder for your senior parent, significant other, caregiver, nanny, or others! To order a companion card you must order, receive and activate your own card. Once you have completed these steps simply log into the GO Prepaid website and click “Joint Account.” You can also have up to five cards: one for groceries, one for weekend entertainment, another for household items or whatever you’d like.

What is a Ellite GO Prepaid Card?

Ellite GO Prepaid is a reloadable prepaid Visa® card. The card can be used anywhere Ellite Debit Cards are accepted—that’s millions of locations worldwide. You can add funds anytime online or over the phone from your Ellite Debit Card or Ellite Visa or Mastercard® credit card.* You can view the Visa GO Prepaid Card transactions and check the card balance online.

Is there an age requirement to have a Visa GO Prepaid Card?

The Visa GO Prepaid cardholder must be at least 18 years old.

How do I activate my Ellite GO Prepaid Card?

You can activate your Navy Federal GO Prepaid Card one of two ways:

  1. Log onto Ellite/GOPrepaid/ and Click Activate My Card. Have your Navy Federal GO Prepaid Card in hand.
  2. Call the toll-free number. Have your GO Prepaid Card in hand.
